Hustler Words – Narrowing down VivaTech’s 30 most visionary startups to just five finalists was a monumental task. The Innovation of the Year award, debuting this year, attracted an exceptional pool of applicants—startups tackling global challenges with innovative, scalable solutions. From reimagining human-computer interaction to revolutionizing healthcare and infrastructure, the finalists represent the cutting edge of technological advancement. The selection process was rigorous, and all 30 semifinalists deserve recognition for their achievements.
The five finalists, who will pitch their solutions live at VivaTech 2025 on June 11th, are:

BeyondMath: This startup has developed the world’s first generative physics platform, leveraging AI to replace slow, expensive simulations with real-time, AI-powered physics. Engineers can achieve 1000x faster simulations, instantly testing thousands of designs, significantly reducing time, cost, and complexity.

Chipiron: Chipiron is building the first lightweight, affordable MRI machine using ultra-low magnetic fields without compromising image quality. Their ambition? To make MRI technology 100x more accessible, enabling widespread early screening—essentially, a "blood test" for everyone.

Enerdrape: Enerdrape offers the world’s first non-invasive geothermal panels. These panels transform underground spaces like parking garages and tunnels into renewable heating and cooling sources, facilitating rapid, low-carbon retrofits in dense urban areas without the need for extensive drilling.

Hua Tech International: This company has created an automated microfluidic platform incorporating a nanostructured semiconductor biochip, multiplex fluorescence staining, and AI analysis. This innovative technology precisely captures, identifies, and analyzes rare circulating cells, offering a significant advancement in cancer diagnostics.

These finalists will present their groundbreaking innovations on Wednesday, June 11th at 1:35 PM on the Pitch Studio Stage, followed by a Q&A session with a panel of expert judges, including Jeff Taylor from hustlerwords.com, Jaja Liao of 25madison, Shabir Vasram of Daphni, and Howard Wright of NVIDIA.
The VivaTech Innovation of the Year winner will be announced on Thursday, June 12th at 5:45 PM on Stage 1. The winner will receive a free Startup Corner at VivaTech 2026 and a coveted spot in the hustlerwords.com Startup Battlefield 200. The ceremony will also celebrate the winners of four other VivaTech Awards.
