Hustler Words – Amazon Web Services’ annual re:Invent conference has concluded its initial day, unveiling a wave of product announcements centered around enterprise AI. This year’s focus emphasizes enhanced customer control over customizable AI agents, including an AWS-developed agent capable of independent operation for extended periods.
AWS re:Invent 2025, concluding on December 5th, commenced with a keynote from CEO Matt Garman, who highlighted the potential of AI agents to unlock the "true value" of AI.
"AI assistants are evolving into AI agents capable of performing tasks and automating processes," Garman stated. "This shift is where we’re beginning to witness tangible business returns on AI investments."

Trainium3 and Nvidia Collaboration
AWS introduced Trainium3, its latest AI training chip, alongside the UltraServer AI system. This upgraded chip boasts significant performance improvements, promising up to 4x gains in AI training and inference while reducing energy consumption by 40%.
Additionally, AWS teased the development of Trainium4, which will be compatible with Nvidia’s chips, signaling a strategic partnership.
AgentCore Expansion

Lyft shared its experience using Anthropic’s Claude model via Amazon Bedrock to develop an AI agent for driver and rider support. The company reported an 87% reduction in average resolution time and a 70% increase in driver usage of the AI agent this year.
AI Factories for Private Data Centers
Amazon announced "AI Factories," enabling corporations and governments to run AWS AI systems within their own data centers.
Developed in partnership with Nvidia, the system supports both Nvidia GPUs and Amazon’s Trainium3 chip, addressing data sovereignty concerns by allowing organizations to maintain control over their data.
